- Requirement:
1. Design and planning
• Develop a detailed, cohesive décor concept aligned with event theme
• Provide visual materials (renderings, mood boards, or slide decks)
• Submit a full inventory of décor items and layout plan
• Ensure floor-to-ceiling design and full guest journey integration
2. Supply and installation
• Supply all décor elements including linens, furniture, pipe and drape, florals, and installations
• Install décor across all event spaces: entry, staircase, upper landing, hallway, ballroom
• Provide premium-quality materials (velvet drape preferred)
• Execute full setup, on-site adjustments, and strike
3. Event execution
• Provide on-site management and staffing
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, and handling
• Ensure seamless integration with other vendors
4. Project management
• Attend all required meetings (kickoff, monthly, coordination, final walkthrough)
• Maintain project schedule and provide updates
• Develop and maintain a risk register
• Provide clear communication and documentation (agendas, minutes)
5. Subcontractors
• Setup: November 6, 2026
• Completion of décor: November 7, 2026 (by 2:00 pm)
• Strike: November 8, 2026 (starting 2:00 am, completed by 12pm).
