The Vendor is required to provide from regional tourism brand development and promotional video and photography production services for qualified firms, agencies, consultants, photographers, videographers, or collaborative teams to support the next phase of regional tourism development.
- Regional tourism brand development
1. Discovery and research
• Review existing tourism, economic development, and community planning documents
• Assess regional strengths, challenges, and visitor perceptions
• Review comparable state destination brands
2. Brand strategy
• Using the target audiences and visitor segments identified in the 2025 joint regional tourism strategy, and align brand messaging and creative direction accordingly
• Develop a clear regional tourism positioning statement
• Define the brand promise, personality, values, and differentiators
• Establish a compelling brand narrative and messaging framework
3. Creative development
• Present a minimum of three (3) initial brand concepts or creative directions
• Develop and refine the preferred creative direction
• Design a cohesive visual identity system, including: logo suite, colour palette, typography, imagery and photography direction, supporting graphic elements
• Ensure the brand is adaptable and easy to use across: websites, social media, advertising campaigns, print and promotional materials
4. Brand standards and applications
• Prepare a brand style guide
• Provide standards for logo, colour and typography, imagery, and tone of voice
• Include example applications for digital, print, signage, or promotional materials
• Deliver final files in editable and high-resolution formats
