Strategic Plan Services

The Vendor is required to provide facilitate the development of a four (4) year strategic plan for the city through engagement with city council, senior municipal staff and third-party stakeholders.
- Collect and review all relevant data provided to them.
- Comparative reviews of other municipalities in the region, in addition to reviewing local market that will help guide recommendations.
- Development an engagement plan, to be presented and reviewed by council.
- Engagement plans must involve consultation with senior staff, key community 4stakeholders, and public outreach.
- Identify stakeholders, perform engagement sessions, and coordinate public consultations.
- Prepare a report summarizing findings determined through discovery and the engagement sessions.
- Develop and present a draft strategic plan for review.
- Shall plan for one round of feedback with the city.
- Prepare an executive summary (in English and French), to be presented to the public
- Compile feedback to finalize four-year strategic plan (in English and French).
- Develop a comprehensive implementation plan that outlines clear, actionable steps and key tasks required to successfully execute the strategic plan.
