Strategic Employment Area Master Environmental Servicing Plan and Secondary Plan Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategic employment area master environmental servicing plan and secondary plan are intended to prepare a secondary plan for the study area to guide development and determine a preferred servicing strategy to facilitate development within the study area via a master servicing study.
- Requirement:
• Establish study area as regionally significant employment area (RSEA);
• Master environmental servicing plan (MESP) and secondary plan
• Planning implementation.
