Video Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide video production services of various sizes and scales on an as-and-when needed basis with corporation.
- Strategy and Concept Development
• Collaborate on video strategy aligned with project objectives.
• Contribute to development of video briefs, concepts, and storytelling approaches.
• Support storyboarding and creative direction
- Pre-production
• Project coordination: manage schedules, locations, and personnel to ensure readiness for production
• Logistics & equipment: supply and coordinate all required video and audio equipment; ensure functionality on-site
• Crew readiness: ensure all crew arrive on time (or early) for proper setup and production
• Travel: ability to deliver services across state and capability to support production across internationally
- Production
• Capture high-quality video footage, including A-roll and B-roll.
• Capture professional audio (e.g., interviews, ambient, and supporting audio).
- Post -Production
• Edit and assemble footage into a cohesive final product.
• Perform colour correction/grading and audio enhancement.
• Source supplemental footage (b-roll) where required based on project work.
• Develop graphics, animations, and visual elements to support storytelling.
• Deliver finalized videos aligned with the approved brief.
• Provide complete project files (adobe premiere pro preferred), including raw footage, assets, LUTs, and working file.
