The Vendor is required to provide to engage a Marketing Agency of Record (AoR) to deliver an integrated suite of marketing services, including strategic planning, brand and jurisdictional marketing, creative development, media planning and buying, and digital marketing with an emphasis on lead generation.
- Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and recommend marketing strategies aligned with annual and multi-year business objectives.
• Provide tools such as content calendars, campaign performance metrics, spend tracking tools, and improved asset management.
- Brand marketing:
• Evolve invest state brand and provincial jurisdictional positioning in highly competitive markets.
• Build integrated strategies that connect brand awareness with lead generation and business development.
- Account management:
• Provide market and strategic counsel, adapting to changes in government priorities and market trends.
• Collaborate with invest state marketing and business development teams.
• Research and report on trends, insights, and best practices including emerging AI applications.
- Creative development:
• Lead brand refinement, including visual identity and brand assets.
• Produce integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Develop creative for print, video, social, display, podcast, and more.
• Support production for events and trade shows.
- Project and budget management:
• Track project progress using collaborative project management tools.
• Manage and report on paid media investments with an emphasis on results.
• Provide monthly financial reporting, including itemized invoicing and performance against fiscal budget.
• Maintain research and data collection to drive decision-making.
- Hubspot and social media:
• Proficient use of Hubspot for inbound marketing, analytics, email marketing, social media publishing and campaign measurement.
• Potential management of organic and paid social media, including content calendars, engagement, and reporting.
- Creative & account management and advertising: approx. $60,000/month, with potential increases
• May include concepting, design, video and photography production, copywriting, and printing.
• Primarily digital (LinkedIn, search, YouTube, geotargeted ads, podcast advertising, google display, etc.).
