Strategic Plan Consultant Services

The Vendor is required to provide to support the development of its next multi-year Strategic Plan, targeted for launch at the June 2028 Annual General Meeting.
- Design and deliver a comprehensive, evidence-informed strategic planning and engagement process that reflects the needs of patients, families, staff, physicians, learners, partners, and the broader community.
- Objectives:
• Develop a clear, compelling, and actionable Strategic Plan for agency Health
• Design and execute an inclusive and meaningful engagement process
• Ensure alignment with system priorities and the evolving healthcare landscape
• Strengthen agency positioning as a leader in pediatric and women’s health
• Deliver an adaptable plan that is practical, measurable, and implementable
- Expected to:
• Design and lead a strategic planning process
• Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement approach
• Conduct environmental and jurisdictional scans, as appropriate
• Facilitate sessions with leadership, staff, and key stakeholders
• Synthesize findings into clear strategic directions and priorities
• Support development of a final Strategic Plan document
