The Vendor is required to provide event production design and audio-visual services and AV technician support for various events, including but not limited to the following:
- Permanent installation (war memorial gym)
• 12’ x 20’ approx.
• Size led screen with audio mixer and laptop with multiple screens for switching (resolution 624 pixels high x 1040 pixels long).
• Includes all required installation components, the completion of the installation, training, extended warranty (minimum of 2-3 years) and service support during the warranty period. Must be an authorized service provider to service and support warranty.
• Purchase option needs to fall within budget scope of $100-$125k cad inclusive of all components
- Semi-permanent installations (October-mid march)
• 12’ x 20’ approx. Size led wall panel with audio mixer and laptop with multiple screens for switching (resolution 624 pixels high x 1040 pixels long)
• Include all required components for installation, training and installation and removal.
• There are some specific elements as it relates to the installation design
- Event-specific event production services
1. Homecoming
• 20’ x 20’ stage with DJ booth and integrated sound system on street level outdoor concourse area
• Speaker setup for around field:- in the past has included 6 qsc k10.2 speakers with speaker stands, 1 behringer 1204 console, 1 shure psm iem system, 1 d’san lsp-2, 10 yellow jacket mats, 1 microphone and stand
2. Winter classic festival
• Lighting and effects for player intros and to elevate the game to feel like a festival.
• Features to include the following:
o 1200wled followspot
o Colorkey | airbar hex 6 RGBAW-UV | LED Batten
o CO2 Cryo Jets x 2.
