The Vendor is required to provide uniforms, apparel and promotional items for include:
- Online ordering system requirements
• Protection of employee information through encryption and secure data handling practices.
• Data must be stored and protected within country.
• Regular backups, disaster recovery capabilities, and a defined service availability commitment.
• Ability to export town data if the service is discontinued or a different vendor is selected in the future through another procurement process.
• Accessibility compliance and compatibility with modern web browsers and mobile devices.
• Role-based access and user profile management, distinguishing between corporate and frontline users, with the ability to apply catalog restrictions and separate product offerings by user group.
• Ability to facilitate annual orders including but not limited to:
• Points allocation
• Role/department based uniform ordering system
• Annual resets
• Approval facilitation based on role/department
• Reporting features that can be exported including at a minimum:
• QTY of item numbers ordered per m/y by owner
• Types of clothing purchased per m/y by owner
• Inventory levels / lead times of proponent
• Current spend by owner per department/user / transaction.
