The Vendor is required to provide marketing research and insights project services for include:
1. Project initiation and design
• Project management: develop a comprehensive project plan detailing timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables of the project.
• Methodology development: propose and refine custom research methodologies and tools in alignment with the MR&I team and objectives.
• Sampling strategy: provide a statistically significant sample plan, including external audience procurement, audience quotas, and ideal respondent sizing.
2. Execution and fieldwork
• Communications: draft audience-facing copy for project announcements, survey invitations, and any associated project reminders required by the university.
• Data collection and fieldwork: deploy surveys, manage active fielding, monitor quotas, and apply weighting schemes to ensure accurate population representation for different target audiences.
• Incentive management: administer and securely distribute all participant incentives and prize draws.
3. Analysis, reporting and closure
• Data delivery and analytics: report results with any advanced statistical analysis and deliver clean data tables, and SPSS files (for quantitative projects).
• Reporting: deliver final reports highlighting key insights, detailed findings, and strategic recommendations.
• Stakeholder presentations: present research findings to various university stakeholder groups.
• Data management: ensure the correct policies are in place for data management.
4. Compliance and administration
• Account management: maintain a dedicated point of contact to ensure project continuity, regular progress updates, and alignment with university timelines.
