Multilingual Video Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide multilingual video production services for include:
• Multilingual video production services with audio interpretation and caption translation from English to various other languages from prerecorded video content.
• The state is also interested in “live captioning” services in English and other languages for press conferences and similar public information.
• Multilingual video production services for as many languages in the following table as possible (core languages are denoted with ‘*’ and bold text).
• Maintain an up-to-date list of languages that are available for multilingual video production services.
• Professional interpreters and translators for the video production services that are qualified through a documented process of credentialing performed
• Provide the final video file in an agreed-upon video format with the interpretation and translation synchronized to the source material and embedded within.
• Ensure that the interpretation and translation is culturally appropriate and convey the intended message of the source material.
• Translate technical terminology related to health and medicine.
• The data shall be broken down by department or division, service type, and language served.
