The Vendor is required to provide consultants to develop a comprehensive marketing and branding program for the agency.
- This effort is intended to establish a cohesive and recognizable identity that reflects the community’s character, enhances a sense of place, and supports long-term economic vitality.
- The objective of this project is to design branding elements and marketing tools—including visual identity standards, wayfinding and interpretive signage, and digital and physical promotional materials—that reinforce downtown revitalization investments and improve navigation, visitor experience, and public engagement.
- support the municipality in advancing a coordinated branding strategy that increases visibility, promotes local assets, and contributes to sustained economic development and community revitalization outcomes.
- The project also seeks to enhance the visibility and marketability of downtown businesses, destinations, and public spaces through strategic marketing tools and materials, and to strengthen the sense of place by integrating branding into the built environment.
- Shall establish a file-sharing platform to track the completion of Tasks and coordinate reviews.
- The Contractor shall work with the Committee and municipal staff, through methods such as focus groups, stakeholder interviews, public information sessions, or online surveys, to obtain input and feedback to prepare draft branding designs, draft brand guidelines (to include, but not limited to logos, color palettes, typography, and implementation guide), a draft plan for locating signage, draft designs of a series of wayfinding elements such as directional signs, gateway signs, interpretive signs consistent with the Strategic Investment Plan; and a downtown marketing strategy and draft design(s).

- Shall submit copies of all branding, marketing, and wayfinding signage templates, associated style and/or implementation guides or strategies.
