The Vendor is required to provide strategic planning consultant services for include:
1. Assess internal effectiveness
• This assessment will be initiated with a survey distributed to all users.
• The results of the survey will serve as a basis for a facilitated session in which the committee will develop a "first draft" set of objectives designed to maintain or improve existing products or services, add new ones, or replace existing ones that no longer satisfy member requirements.
2. Scan the environment
• The environment scan is to identify the opportunities and threats which the fund faces over the next three years.
3. Assess the market
• This step is to assess the strengths and weaknesses of fund competitors
4. Establish goals and action plans
• This step is to identify the three-year goals that will guide fund operations.
5. Written communications
• Prepare written materials for use in the fund annual report, newsletters, and other work products as directed by the fund.
• To complete this work, the service provider may identify topics for inclusion in various fund publications, conduct research and interviews, and prepare articles suitable for publication.
• This work will be conducted in collaboration with other service providers as directed by the fund.
