The Vendor is required to provide strategic review of asset management plan.
- Requirement:
• This project will undertake an independent review and enhancement of the infrastructure asset management plan (AMP).
• He work will focus on improving its organization, readability, and effectiveness as an actionable management tool.
• The consultant will develop a comprehensive understanding of the AMP’s background, purpose, and development.
• This includes reviewing key data sources and the rationale underlying the current structure and content, ensuring the revised AMP builds on existing work while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• The consultant will streamline the AMP to ensure it functions as a clear, practical, and actionable tool for the department.
• The final AMP deliverable must be immediately usable and must not require infrastructure to implement additional recommendations, modify materials or adapt proposed approaches.
• The AMP applies to all infrastructure within infrastructure’s real property portfolio.
• This includes buildings and associated land assets that infrastructure administers including owned and leased, and that support the delivery of government programs and services.
