Comprehensive video and media production services supporting District governance, communications, educational programming, community engagement, event coverage, cable television programming, and related media needs.
- Services may include live meeting production, event coverage, video content development, post-production, cable television programming support, digital media delivery, student production support, and related production services.
- Responsibilities:
• Coordinate production requirements, schedules, locations, staffing, equipment, and deliverables with the designated SPS project lead.
• Provide sufficient qualified personnel to cover scheduled events, overlapping events, multi-camera productions, or other production needs within the authorized budget and scope.
• Transport, set up, operate, secure, and remove contractor-owned production equipment as required.
• Record, edit, encode, caption when required, package, and deliver content in formats suitable for District-selected platforms.
• Maintain professional audio, video, lighting, graphics, titles, and post-production standards appropriate to the assignment.
• Maintain contractor-owned equipment. SPS will be responsible for maintenance of District-owned equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Provide timely access to raw footage, edited masters, project files, graphics, and other District work product.
• Maintain organized digital files and reasonable backup practices to protect District media assets during the term.
• Coordinate any student participation with the designated District teacher or staff member. Students remain under District supervision and direction.
• Follow District branding, messaging, privacy, accessibility, security, and publication requirements.
