H. Recorded messages from Court leadership, including time-sensitive and emergency messaging on short notice.
I. Motion graphics, animation, titles, and simple infographics.

K. Audio recording, voiceover, licensed music, foley, and podcast or audio-only production.
L. Livestreaming and webcasting of public meetings, ceremonies, and events, including multi-camera switching, audio support, and on-site technical direction.
