The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive plan services for include:

• Transportation and path systems
• Public art and cultural assets
• Code-based requirements
• Site information
• Event and emergency access and traffic flow
- Base map development
• Gathering and confirmation of cad-based topographic and utility survey data and any other base information important to the development of the graphic portion of the park comprehensive plan.
• While significant amounts of topographic and utility surveying have been performed on site to date, select additional survey data may be needed for this process.
• The city is willing and able to gather and provide this information to the consultant team as required.
