The vendor is required to provide licensed, and insured entities to provide the following detailed services listed herein pertaining to the agency’s insurance brokerage services.
- Our programs and services include the following: public housing, housing choice voucher program, housing counseling, family self-sufficiency program (FSS), financial assistance programs (rent/mortgage and utilities assistance), and a homeownership program.
- Highlight experience working with other public entities and housing authorities.
- If appropriate, how staff are retained, screened, trained and monitored.
- Provide these households with quality, affordable housing options while supporting their efforts to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
- We also own and manage several affordable multi-family apartment communities throughout the county.
