The Vendor is required to provide to identify the best combination of high-quality insurance brokerage services and risk management expertise (collectively, “services”) for the best overall solution to university.
- Goals:
• Provide expertise and advice to assist university in creating a comprehensive risk management program to identify, analyze, prioritize, manage, anticipate, and monitor the portfolio of operational risks impacting university and each component institution;
• Assist university in optimizing the insurance and risk transfer program;
• Act as a key strategic partner and advisor in supporting university office, the system, and each component institution;
• Understand the operations of higher education, higher education systems, and specifically university of anticipate emerging risks, market impact, and successfully negotiate policy terms and loss responses on university behalf; and
• Assist in maximizing financial recoveries in the event of losses.
- Provide a summary of internal and external resources to be assigned to loss control analysis, including the rationale for your recommended loss control program.
- The marketing, placement, brokering, and servicing of the insurance lines including, but not limited to, property, casualty, liability, or other such coverage as needed.
