Real Estate Brokerage Services

The vendor required to provide real estate markets, supported by documented experience in industrial sales, and a proven ability to operate effectively at local, regional, national and international levels.
- Requirement:
•    Perform market analysis and provide recommendations 
•    Develop strategies for sale of properties (e.g., social media marketing, event announcements, promotions, etc.) 
•    Perform all aspects of sales of commercial, industrial properties 
•    Manage and assist negotiations with seller and buyers 
•    Coordinating real estate transactions closings 
•    Handle all customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions 
•    Provide guidance and advice on commercial and industrial real estate legal issues and related laws 
•    Consultation with city land relating to the sale of real estate and presentations at public meetings, if required 
•    Prepare and review documents, including but not limited to real estate documents, property documents and legal notices 
•    Monthly reporting outlining all marketing activities undertaken, along with metrics such as inquiries received, parties engaged and offers submitted.
