Real Estate Broker Services

The Vendor is required to provide real estate services of commercial properties.
- The successful broker/firm shall agree to contract with the County to provide the following:
•    Advise the County on strategies to promote and sell of these sites;
•    Develop strategies for sale of these designated County-owned properties;
•    Develop marketing materials to advertise sites for sale, distribute the materials to potential buyers via the appropriate form(s) of media and report results to the County on an agreed upon frequency;
•    Participate in site tours of County-owned property for potential buyers;
•    Represent the County in negotiations with a prospective buyer from the time of offer until closing;
•    Coordinate real estate transaction closings;
•    Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transaction:
•    Other real estate services may be requested during term of this contract.
- Broker/firm is to provide commission rate for listing and selling of properties and for advertising on miscellaneous real property matters.

- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
