The Vendor is required to provide to procure new software licenses, license renewals of agency existing software and related software maintenance supports including third party custom off the-shelf (cots) and software as a service (SaaS) for a 12-month subscription.
- The software is for both on premise and cloud based.
- Services include:
• Service Level Agreement
• Information Security and Privacy policy
• Identity and Access Management policy
• Incident Management and Response policy
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan
• Vulnerability Management and Penetration Testing policy
• Privacy policy addressing ownership of customer data
• Audit Trails or Systems Logging policy for customer data
• Virtualization Security Management policy for customer data
• Auditing Practices and Liability Protections policy for customer data
• Encryption technologies regarding storage and network transmission
• Data Scrubbing and Verification policy if customer discontinued cloud service.
• Any exit charges or penalties for migrating from present cloud to another cloud infrastructure.
• Policies when a law enforcement agency presents a subpoena for customer data, including the protections provided for the customer data.
