The Vendor is required to provide IT managed services provider who can deliver high-quality IT support, innovative solutions, and strategic guidance to meet our evolving needs.
- IT Infrastructure and Design:
• Maintenance of our IT infrastructure (firewall, Microsoft 365, cloud integration, etc.)
• Managing our printer
- Hardware and Software Procurement
• Leased IT equipment (laptops. monitors, docks, webcams, headphones, etc.)
• Hardware lifecycle management including hardware upgrades
• Repair and replacement of IT equipment
• Admin level protection for downloading software
- Implementation and Deployment
• Equipment installation moves and changes, including testing the device in the new location
• Deployment planning
• System integration
- User Training and Support
• IT Support and related services by phone, live chat or email
• Customized cybersecurity training – with simulated phishing emails, employee test scoring, automated email reminders, regular updates, etc.
• Delivery of tech-tips & training for Microsoft products
• Day to day IT Support ticketing system (virtual and in-person if required)
• Regular workshops and/or webinars
• After-hours support for escalated issues
- Maintenance and Upgrades

• Support with automating file processes in accordance with the Government state retention policies
