The vendor is required to provide the printing materials needed, having the capacity to perform the work and will be a valued partner in our research survey printing activities.
- Provide custom printing services (e.g., high-quality photocopying, offset printing, folding, high-speed addressing of envelopes, automated stuffing of survey materials and monetary incentives).
- Provide pre-press design services, if needed.
- The firm shall demonstrate proficiency with high-volume (for example, 36,000 - 72,000 pieces), custom, multi-phasic and mail-merged projects
- The firm shall support a flexible, positive and productive research and partner working relationship going beyond production and delivery of materials.
- The firm must describe capabilities for high-volume, high-quality folding, insertion, sealing, and postage stamping services.
- Its capabilities and costs (if any) for hosting SERL staff onsite at their facility for SERL staff to do manual insertion and quality control of the materials.
- The mailings will include large amounts of cash (up to $25,000) of cash.
- The firm must download this data and use this data to complete each mailing.
- The firm must have the capacity to efficiently and correctly update each sampling from each mailing.
- The firm must communicate the amount of preparation and production time they will need for each mailing.
- Mailing materials will be provided by SERL.
- Requirements:

• Data security policies and procedures for handling large address dataset and mail-merged files:
o Discuss your processes as they relate to the receipt, transmission, storage, and destruction of this data.

o Any past experience with research-related mailings, especially surveys or projects with multiple phases or multiple follow-up mailings with postcards, survey booklets, and letters
