The Vendor is required to provide downloadable accessible alternatives to common course materials, allowing end users to download alternative versions (e.g. an audio version of a word doc).
- Accessible barriers in online courses include inaccessible course documents, images with no text alternative, and incorrectly formatted content within a moodle course.

• Agency requires between 4001-8000 licenses.

• Integration with moodle LMS version 4.x and the ability to integrate with future updates to moodle (v 5.x)
• Three years’ service agreement with optional renewals.
- The software should have at minimum the following features:
• Allows administrators to generate a report showing accessibility levels and errors in courses
• Provides downloadable alternatives to common file formats found in online courses
• Suggests fixes for inaccessible content
- Additional desirable (non-essential) functionality:
• Provides wizards to bulk-fix content as and when it is found
• Scans the content of moodle resources such as books, pages, assignments etc. to identify inaccessible materials
• Provides a form-based or other interface to allow users to submit materials outside of the LMS for conversion to accessible alternatives
• Allows for reporting on accessibility at site, category and course levels
• Provides a visual clue as to the accessibility of content in an online course.
