RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide business lines, including utilities, water services, energy partnerships, and commercial services.
- Digital and User Experience
• Digital strategy: develop an integrated roadmap aligned with business and user needs; promote user-centric decision-making; support the growth of agency digital practice.
• UX design: create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes; align design with content, SEO, and technical architecture; contribute front-end code for prototypes; establish UX standards.
• Research: conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis; provide actionable insights.
• Information architecture & content: support content audits, taxonomy development, site structure planning, and content strategy and design.
• Service design (optional): apply service design methodologies to align internal processes with user journeys and enhance service delivery.
• Account management: offer dedicated account support, trend analysis, detailed estimates, and KPI-driven planning.
• Technical consulting: gather and analyze business, user, and technical requirements; recommend scalable, platform-aligned solutions; support architecture and integration planning; advise on adobe experience manager and related tools.
• Development and implementation: collaborate with internal teams to build and integrate solutions using modern frameworks; ensure performance, security, and quality through rigorous testing.
• Training and knowledge sharing: provide documentation, shadowing opportunities, and ongoing learning support to internal teams.
• Account management: maintain dedicated account oversight, provide estimates and reconciliations, and support strategic planning and KPI development. • Booking appointment tool: planning, wire framing, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and front-end development.
• Website design enhancements: design of web elements, mock-ups, prototypes, consultation, and front-end development.
• Digital experience mapping: research, customer engagement, visualization, and facilitation of final workshops.
• Adobe analytics implementation: requirements gathering, solution design, tag setup, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Technical staff augmentation: ongoing collaboration with internal teams, back-end development, and delivery of technical outputs.
