The vendor is required to provide software, firmware, utility programs, and any other software provided by the manufacturer.
• Procure, install, configure, and validate cisco ID nexus switches 
• Decommission old switches 
• Perform system testing, documentation, and ensure operational readiness post installation.
- Includes gathering information about the current environment, planning and executing cisco upgrades, and performing comprehensive testing to ensure system functionality.
- The project timeline and success depend on the availability of resources, coordination with stakeholders, access to the facility, and equipment order time.
• Replace, install, and configure cisco nexus switches to ensure uninterrupted election operations 
• Maintain compliance with state secretary of state and county IT security standards 
• Improve system reliability, security, and scalability for future elections.
