RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide communications and marketing services for tourism.
- A mandate that includes marketing, visitor services, education and training, and tourism product and industry development.
- Tourism is focused on strengthening the province’s competitive advantages to attract new, lucrative travel markets, increase visitation, and drive expenditures.
- The team comprises four areas: marketing, communications (including visitor services), events and partnership programs, and global markets.
- Most of the agency’s interaction will be with the marketing team.
- Interested suppliers must demonstrate:
• The ability to provide flexible, collaborative support that adapts to changing needs, acting as an extension of tourism marketing team.
• A clear understanding of the tourism sector and the ability to deliver targeted, research driven, and agile content marketing strategies across domestic and export markets.
• Proven strategies for successful campaigns that drive visitation and tourism spending. - Strategic services: marketing strategy support, market research integration, and performance measurement to optimize marketing investment and improve results.
- Creative and communications services: campaign development and asset production to engage target audiences and align with the brand.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
