RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide marketing firms to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and, optionally, assist in the execution of that strategy.
- Marketing firm to:
• Develop a marketing strategy to increase awareness of the organization’s services, resources, and network;
• To increase engagement of agency resources by safety, their leaders, and their families; and
• Provide optional ongoing support in the implementation and execution of this strategy.
• Marketing agency will develop a marketing campaign that utilizes various channels to reach the target audience, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, webinars, targeted advertising, and attending industry events or conferences or other strategies and platforms as recommended by the agency for optimal results.
• The marketing campaign will review and assess agency and therapy current brand identity, websites, and social media channels and make recommendations for their improvement.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement and research (internal and external).
• Internally, information should be gathered on what has been done to date including review of promotional materials, social media, website presence, webinars, organizations reached, and conferences attended.
• Assess current branding, marketing efforts, websites, and positioning, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Define target audiences (e.g., public safety personnel, families, employers, and partners).
• Identify key messaging, value proposition, and positioning strategy.
• Recommend communication channels (digital, print, social media, conferences, webinars, etc.).
• Develop a marketing plan with timelines, KPIS, and recommendations for execution.
• Deliver a comprehensive written strategy report and a presentation to leadership.
- Separate the development of the strategy from the ongoing content creation, management, monitoring, and reporting on reach and conversion for the various campaigns and projects.
- The marketing strategy and recommendations, there is a potential for the agency to also:
• Execute the marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Ongoing marketing performance measurement and optimization
• Collaboration with the agency team to align messaging and branding
• Content development, management, and monitoring of strategic communications, including social media planning.
• Digital, social, and multimedia production and management.
• Email marketing campaign design, and execution.
• Creative advertising support and collateral production (creative conceptualization, writing, design, etc.).
• Strategic media purchasing and placement across various channels
• Content creation for websites
• Website redesign and development.
