The Vendor is required to provide advertising services for print, audio (i.e. radio), billboards, and broadcast video advertisements for the authority.
The objectives advertisements are as follows:
• To assist authority with advertising and promoting its programs and services.
• Authority will frequently use the local media market to advertise various aspects of its service, employment opportunities, and agency information to customers and the community at large.
• To provide an array of advertising options the authority may utilize at any time to promote and educate its objectives in a cost-effective manner that benefits the agency and the audience it would like to reach.
- A specific project on a case-by-case basis using the information submitted in the proposal as a guideline.
- Advertising Media:
• Advertising services can include to print publications such as newspaper and/or magazines, digital or print billboard companies, broadcast television companies, radio stations, and digital advertising.
• This project, direct sales and marketing firms need not apply.
• The authority may furnish the creative (i.e. video, audio, or print ad) utilized in the ad buy, the agency may also request the Contractor to create the ad.
