The vendor is required to provide broker services for the purchase of aircrafts on an as needed basis.
- The broker shall provide the information below to include, but not limited to, the following:
• Perform and provide evidence of a wide geographical search
• Comparison of all aircraft identified available matching our requirements; for each aircraft identified provide the following:
o Aircraft make, model and serial number
o Asking price and value
o Aircraft airframe, engine and APU (if installed) hours and cycles
o Detailed photos of exterior and interior
o List of installed equipment and STCs
o Identify any known incidents or accidents
o Identify any areas of needed improvements
o Detailed summary of maintenance records
o Evaluation summary of each aircraft
• For aircraft selected for purchase, perform the following:
o Lead negotiation on purchase price and any other costs associated with the purchase
o Review all letters of intent and purchase agreement documentation
o Assist with pre-purchase review process
o Evaluation of escrow and closing elements
o Assist as needed with coordination of the aircraft delivery.
