The vendor is required to provide trained and site-based IT technicians, which have knowledge and expertise in airport systems and technologies to support operations at the state spring airport.
- Contracted services will include, but will not be limited to, the recruitment and assignment of contracted employees, evaluation of candidates, background investigations, pre-employment drug testing, eligibility requirements, all training associated with the request, performance evaluations, invoicing, and reporting/analytics.
- Job duties and hours
1. Staffing requirement:
• Full time onsite support position - Monday through Friday - 8-hour day
• Example full time shifts:
• Monday through Friday 0500 - 1330
• Shift start times may occasionally need to be evaluated and adjusted based on overall airline flight operations at cos and/or airport coverage needs.
2. Optional staffing pricing request:
• Optional part onsite support position - Saturday and Sunday - 8-hour day
• Saturday and Sunday 0500 - 1330
• Shift start times may occasionally need to be evaluated and adjusted based on overall airline flight operations at cos and/or airport coverage needs.

1. Supporting cos airport's common use passenger processing system (CUPPS)
• Daily system readiness checks
• Workstation imaging
• Workstation patching
• Troubleshooting and replacing hardware components and peripherals
• Troubleshooting configuration details
• Responding to calls for service related to CUPPS
• Coordinating with CUPPS support vendor to correct issues or implement changes
• Coordinating with cos IT staff
• Logging work orders and support tickets
• Interface with cos's airline partners for training or troubleshooting
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to CUPPS
2. Supporting cos airport's digital signage platforms
• Daily system readiness checks
• Workstation patching
• Troubleshooting and replacing hardware components
• Troubleshooting configuration details
• Responding to calls for service related to fids/bids/gids/advertising
• Coordinating with CUPPS support vendor to correct issues or implement changes
• Coordinating with cos IT staff
• Logging work orders and support tickets
• Interface with cos's airline partners for training or troubleshooting
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to signage systems
3. IT project support
• Coordinating with cos airport IT to provide assistance with airport technology project work as needed
• Hardware deployment, testing, configurations, etc.
• Creating and maintaining documentation.
