The vendor is required to provide from professionals with a background in photography and videography for athletic events preferably at the post-secondary level.
- Photography:
• Headshot and team photos for eight teams + staff
• Marketing and promotional shoot for six teams: includes full body height individual and group photos.
• Social media content: providing instant social media photography content e.g., announcements, fundraising events, banquets delivered electronically night of game/event or next day.
game night action photos:
1. At least 30 high quality action photos - or any other photos as requested by the department per game.
2. Minimum of 25 photos for home team per game and 5 photos of away team per game
• Other photography nights:
1. Wolfpack awards night: staged photos of winners and event coverage.
2. This takes place in early April; some photos delivered electronically the night of event, remaining photos to be delivered electronically the following day.
3. Wolfpack fundraising night event coverage.
4. This currently takes place in the middle of march however could be subject to change within the seasons schedule.
5. Photos delivered electronically the following day.
- Videography:
• We require that all regular season and playoff games be covered.
• Quick reels for instant social media posting delivered electronically night of as well as longer edited videos showcasing the game itself or delivered electronically next day or as required by the department.
• Promotional videos as required by the department i.e., editing existing video to promote upcoming games or shooting new video during the week to highlight upcoming events delivered electronically.
