The vendor is required to provide that audio video hardware recording system for include:

• Approximate room dimensions: 31-ft wide by 45-ft long. square footage ~1,395 ft².
• 120-volt standard power outlets: 23.

• Current A/V system in place: o QSC amplifier cmx 300v (located in sound closet)
o Shure dfr22 audio processor (located in sound closet)
o Audio-technical uhf synthesized diversity receiver atw-r3100b (located in sound closet)
o Mackie SR series 24.4.2-bus mixing console (located in sound closet)
o 17 – AUDIX microphones (ats-10)
o 2 – Logitech 1080p cameras
o 7 – QSC ceiling speakers
o 1- ptv-1 wireless microphone system
2. Installation

• Miscellaneous hardware (tie wires, fasteners, screws, washers, nuts, bolts which are required for installation).
• The proposed A/V system shall be compatible with the in-place connections (electrical power and ethernet) and not require additional types of connections.

• Any software requirements to allow (digital/analog) sound and video capture of hearing room a input during simultaneously operating WebEx, for the record (FTR) gold recording suite, and an integrated digital recorder ensuring A/V capture across all mechanisms

• Required to warranty all the equipment awarded to vendor for a period of not less than one (1) year.
• Vendors are to specify technical support (including user training) for the a/v system and components for the number of months after the installation is complete
