The vendor is required to provide on automated violation camera system that will be utilized in a ‘dash cam’ configuration.
• The only interaction required of the vehicle operator is to turn the device on/off, all other operations need to be automated or followed up on by enforcement staff post-data transfer 
• Camera will need license plate recognition (LPR) functionality for both day and night lighting scenarios 
• Date, time, location functionality required 
• High resolution photograph to support issuance of penalty notices
• Violation specific data will need to interface and integrate with command center 4.5 (GTechna) or higher.
