The vendor is required to provide sign and banner installation services on an as needed basis.
- All sign installation and maintenance will take place on town owned property, on vehicular streets, and in the public right-of-way.
- Safety is the town’s top priority, and the vendor must prioritize safety as well.
- Banners and signs must be installed with the highest quality material and commitment to safety.
- Must submit a traffic control plan in accordance with their traffic control and safety policy.
- All safety rules and regulations set by the town must be followed.
- Working on site, the vendor is responsible for providing the necessary equipment, lighting, cones, barriers, etc.
- Provide maximum visibility for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
- Must also clear the work area of all debris and installation materials prior to completion of the project.
- Must be accessible to town staff via phone, text and email and must respond to general requests and inquires withing 24 hours and emergency requests within a 4-hour timeframe.
