RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide that budget and planning software for student-focused, land-grant, research university an economic engine that educates students, conducts primary research, creates new knowledge and advances technology
- The university provides affordable access to an excellent education at a top-ranked institution that combines teaching and research in a rich learning environment, educating future leaders who will create solutions to national and global challenges that will shape a better world
- The university offers programs of study and research conducted in the colleges of: agriculture, food systems, and natural resources; engineering; business; arts and sciences; and health and human sciences
- The university’s researchers are leaders in areas such as nanotechnology, microelectronics, polymers, food safety, plant science, vaccinology, biotechnology, robotics and materials science
- State is listed in the national science foundation’s top 100 in several areas, including: agricultural sciences, social sciences, physical sciences, chemistry, psychology and computer sciences.
- Engagement staffing
to indicate their commitment to the university in terms of resources, personnel and investment, including an organizational chart indicating which individuals would be involved in this project.
- The individuals that would be assigned, including a resume and contact information for each individual that describes his/her experience (including the number of years each has worked with higher education) and proposed responsibilities
- Software considerations and capabilities
1. Workflow capabilities
• Provide a description of your product’s workflow capabilities (tracking changes, creating customized workflows, version tracking, etc.).
2. Forecasting
• The software’s forecasting capabilities and functionality (multiple scenarios, multi-year).
3. Operating system and technical requirements
• The operating system needs and technical requirements for your software.
- Audits and litigation
• Identify and discuss any audits or investigations that are in progress or for which you have received notification from any federal, state or quasi-governmental agency or regulatory body.
