RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide chatbot software to eligible users with the following capabilities:
• The ability to provide automated chat services through a variety of social media channels and communication methods that are utilized by the eligible user (e.g. website, mobile app, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
• The ability to conduct a conversation via auditory or text methods with a human
• The ability to provide rapid and accurate automated responses to commonly asked questions
• The ability to provide the service 24-7-365.
• The ability to create a user-generated knowledgebase from various inputs and sources.
• The ability to securely sync eligible user’s customers’ (e.g. students, employees, citizens, etc.) personal information to the eligible user’s existing systems via secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) or equivalent secure methods.
• Software must be commercial off the shelf (COTS) with the option to configure the solution to an eligible user’s individual needs.  
• The purpose of this contract is not to develop a new software solution with an eligible user.
• Must provide initial and ongoing system support for their software throughout the life of the contract.
• Software must be hosted in a data center or cloud environment that is located within the states.
• Must disclose to the eligible user if and how generative AI is used in their software.
