The vendor is required to provide creative content, coordination and logistics of statewide initiatives and awareness campaigns, manage training and event information, online calendars and reminders, projects, downloadable resources, interactive maps, engagement measurements and opportunities to connect and participate in a wide range agency.
- Prevention coalition/organization registry:
• Contractor will develop and implement a plan to collect, maintain, and coordinate a broad stat prevention coalition/organization registry and ensure frequent updates and communication.
- Understand collaborative partnership:
• Contractor will maintain an understanding of the collaborative partnership that will be necessary between agency and the state collaborative contractors and describe any experience working with other projects focused on youth and young adults, community level coalitions, mental health promotion and/or substance abuse prevention.
- Content submission system
• Contractor will develop a system and guidelines that would support prevention and mental health professionals prepare and submit content to be shared across the necessary platform(s).
- Organization check and balance
• Contractor will be required to receive agency approval prior to moving making public media posts and creative content.
- Online registrations
• Contractor will create and maintain systems to collect online registrations for trainings and events.
- Website engagement
• Contractor will improve website visitors’ engagement, visit duration including ways to provide timely and accurate responses to visitor questions, requests and/or concerns as it relates to prevention work in state.
- “Call to action” experience
• Contractor will capture, connect, and/or create measurable “call-to-action” strategies.
- State collaborative online sustainability
• Contractor will sustain a process of how platforms and licenses are managed over time, including changes in contractors who maintain or create content, and how to plan for the overall sustainability of the state collaborative online presence and identity.
- Experience with marginalized communities
• Contractor will guide the state collaborative effort in becoming a more inclusive resource, providing any examples of how we may better reach target populations in rural/frontier, diverse, and historically underserved populations.

• Contractor will identify any potential challenges or barriers and propose methods to address them.
