RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide to design, develop and implement a website relaunch for the agency's travel demand management program, commute solutions.
- Website Design & Styling
• Create a design proposal that offers significant improvements over the current website design and aligns with stakeholders’ goals and visions.
• Conduct a discovery phase with the project's stakeholders, learning what their goals, needs, and requirements are regarding the new website's design.
• Create multiple iterations of the proposed design mockups.
• Complete multiple rounds of stakeholder feedback collection and design mockup changes. • Wireframes of the proposed page types.
• Mockups of the proposed page types.
- New kentico live Site
• Create a new kentico 12 service pack (SP) live site following the active server pages network enabled technologies model-view-controller development model to be implemented in agency existing kentico 12 SP implementation.
- Must be completed:
• Coding and development work required to create the MVC web application (kentico live site).
• Creation of page types/templates.
• Implementation of google analytics (ga4).
• Implementation of a site-search feature, preferably using google custom search.
• Design and styling of the website and pages.
• Utilization of a kentico media library for document/file/image storage.
• Provide documentation that details any libraries or packages utilized in the live site’s source code.
• Adhere to the best practices and guidelines established in the agency secure application and system development guidelines.
• Ensure that the new website meets web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA success criteria and conformance requirements.
• The new website must utilize the bootstrap framework, version 4 or newer.
- Content creation and migration
• Identify specific content that must be migrated to the new website.
• Identify and create new content. • Migration of existing content.
• Copywriting for new content.
• Creation and/or sourcing of images
• Creation of icons and other graphic design elements.
- Custom widgets
• Assist the project stakeholders in identifying required custom widgets.
• Develop the custom widgets required.
