The vendor is required to provide information technology support services for management of MedTech magic (LEGACY) and materials management inventory system (MMIS).
• Collaborate with agency to develop and refine policies and procedures related to materials management and inventory systems.
• Draft and document policies that align with current workflows and operational expectations, as requested.
• Maintain the item master file, including making specific item-level updates as directed by the materials management team.
• Recommend improvements for par level optimization.
• Coordinate MedTech system access to ensure all users have appropriate permissions and access to necessary modules.
• Monitor updates on the GHX platform and assessing potential impacts on materials management operations.
• Work in partnership with the health services information technology (IT) unit to ensure interoperability and functionality between inventory systems and other platforms, such as epic.
• Develop custom reports upon request by the materials management lead, agency chief executive officer, health services director, or their designees.  
• Document how custom reports are created in a standard work format.  train agency staff to create these reports when requested.
• Review and standardize inventory system dictionaries to ensure consistency and usability by the materials management staff.
• Provide training to designated materials management staff on system functions such as item builds, item inactivation, and generation of standard reports.
• Coordinate and project manage operational changes in MedTech as requested.
• When requested complete projects in MedTech.
