The vendor is required to provide information technology (IT) managed service requirements include:
• Managed security & 24/7 monitoring
o Continuous monitoring of logs and security alerts across systems to ensure proactive detection of threats.
• Hardware support
o Monitoring, patching and securing hardware, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• User onboarding and offboarding
o Efficient management of adding or removing employees from systems and ensuring proper access to resources.
• License management
o Maintaining and managing software licenses, including but not limited to, microsoft office 365, adobe, one password, Munisoft (financial software) and CATALIS (website, request management & meeting management), to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
• Day-to-day issue handling
o Addressing IT related issues as they arise to minimize disruption to rm operations.
• Access card management & regular system updates
o Managing access card systems for office access and other rm locations.
• Alarm system at rm locations
o Managing alarm system access for rm office and other rm locations.
• Security camera system management
o Provide regular maintenance, software updates and technical support to ensure system reliability, ensure system complies with relevant laws and regulations, managing data retention and privacy protection.
• Network management
o Monitoring and management of all cisco network devices and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Server patching and backup verification
o Regular patching of servers and verification of backups to ensure system resilience and data integrity. current server operating system is windows 2016 and will need to be updated with server upgrade project.
• Microsoft support and improvements
o Support required for continuous improvements and updates to microsoft systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
• IP phone management
o Support and management of SaskTel Polycom IBC phone systems, ensuring connectivity and smooth operations.
• Intune onboarding
o Enrolling rm devices into microsoft Intune to ensure they are compliant and securely managed.
• Asset management
o Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT related assets, ensuring accurate tracking and efficient lifecycle management.
