The vendor is required to provide comprehensive digital media marketing services (secure advertising and marketing opportunities) to effectively utilize digital scoreboards at district venues.
- This includes strategy development, creative services, technical execution, and analytics and reporting.
• Vendor will contact and work directly with advertisers, agencies, business owners, and content providers (“partners”) on behalf of the district.
o Vendor will not contact existing district partners without explicit consent from the district athletics director, or designee.
• Content is subject to approval by the district athletics director, or designee prior to finalization without recourse, penalty or liability.
• Vendor must comply with all applicable legal and licensing restrictions, district policies, and procedures.
• This includes but is not limited to, policy KHB – district revenue through advertising.
- The collection of advertising and marketing revenue from partners.
• The vendor shall, no less than quarterly, remit the full gross revenue collected from partners via electronic transfer to the bank account designated by the district’s finance department.
o An itemized accounting of revenue collected from each partner to support the remittance shall be emailed to the district’s athletic director (or designee) and accounts receivable in the finance department
o Fees and commissions may not be deducted from gross proceeds and should be invoiced separately by the vendor.
• Vendor will respond to questions regarding invoicing and billing in a timely manner.
- Provide a dedicated representative, and their contact information, including office phone number, cell phone number, email, and a general customer service after-hours contact.
• Provide contact information for the appropriate individual for escalation of issues.
• District reserves the right to request a change in vendor representative.
- Preference will be given to vendors who meet the following criteria:
• Experience with score vision software.
• Experience with marketing at high school sporting events.
