RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide provides a hosted online wellness platform to help support agency and its members’ employees with content around the other health and personal issues that they face beyond the physical aspects.
- The vendor’s proprietary offering of an online platform includes, but not limited to, a hosted online wellness platform and expert-led video training library to help support employees by providing them with 24/7/365 access to 1,000+ expert-led health and wellbeing videos, podcasts, tip sheets and blog posts.
- The following services as part of a comprehensive digital wellness platform:
• The content is delivered by leading subject matter experts that are known and respected in their fields, are affiliated with best-in-class institutions, have published works, and are certified practitioners in their respective fields. 
• There is a wide variety of content focused on topics pertaining to mental and physical health, addictions, stress management, relationships and family issues, work-life balance, sleep and fatigue, loneliness, change and resilience, healthy eating and nutrition, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, return to work issues, parenting and eldercare, ergonomics, personal finances and retirement, diversity and respect in the workplace, communications skills and leadership development.
• The content supports individuals around the other issues that they face and beyond the physical aspects. 
• For instance, the service provider’s content offering covers mental health challenges related to anxiety, the adjustment to spending more time at home and working from home (and the associated isolation and loneliness that people are feeling), the impact on children and personal finances, couple relationships, etc. 
• The content itself does not promote products or services or make reference to or promote any institution; it will present empirical or anecdotal information only, and not opinion; it will not cover topics where the science is hotly debated, or where an individual’s personal beliefs may significantly affect the information being delivered. 
• The content is updated regularly by the service provider and by the subject matter experts.
• The content has multiple learning modalities but is heavily video-based and includes several different video formats (interview-style, on-location, workshop-style, etc.). 
• In addition to the 1,000+ video trainings, the content is available in podcasts, full transcripts and downloadable tip sheets. and the program’s “share feature” allows users to share the content with colleagues, family and friends. 
• The platform includes an expert-led webchat component that allows users to take part in an interactive web discussion with a leading subject-matter expert on a completely confidential basis. 
• The platform includes a resource center, which includes expert interviews with leading physicians and psychologists.
• The program includes full account management and communication services (custom digital and print communications, campaigns and promotional messages and material, contest elements, etc.) in order to drive utilization. 
• The customized engagement tools that are included are designed to promote heavy usage.
