The vendor is required to provide that employment advertising services on an as-needed basis is the statutorily established local authority responsible for mental health, developmental, substance abuse and prevention services.
-The authority’s recruitment efforts, increase the number of qualified job applications received for vacant positions, perform nationwide services, and target qualified candidates.
-The contractor shall maximize authority visibility through marketing and advertising to enhance sourcing and recruitment for qualified candidates.
-The contractor must include methods to target relevant and appropriate job candidate sources, including sources that identify and reach passive candidates.
-The contractor must include using sources beyond public advertising and the existing pool of candidates on file with the authority and/or search firm.
-The contractor shall plan and utilize social media advertising and other technology-based methods to source candidates.
-The services shall also include providing job alerts/email blasts, targeted digital advertisement, online audio streaming, video/radio presence, and search engine optimization, based on industry strategy, to increase employment exposure for the authority:
