The Vendor is required to provide to obtain meaningful, technical, competitive proposals so the authority may select a firm that meets its needs and requirements in providing employment and income verification services.
- Services include:
• To provide employment and income verifications
• To validate applicant provided information
• To assist agency workers in determining program eligibility, track program benefits, support quality control, locate default and investigate potential fraud
• To provide instant access to up-to-date employment and income data from over 200 million employment records from more than 3,000 employers nationwide
• To provide updated employee wage data each payroll period
• To release this data electronically to governmental entities for the purpose of fraud investigations, eligibility determinations and locating defaults
• To provide confidential data directly from the employers’ payroll system
• Is contracted with employers to provide data directly to public assistance agencies as a trusted 3rd party
• To provide support system team responsible for identifying, educating, registering and training both governmental agencies and commercial verifiers (banks, pre-employment screeners) that need to access payroll records
• To provide a 24/7 website available for online verification of employment and income
• To provide a large customer service center available Monday through Friday during authority business hours.
