RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide strategic services for a new student recruitment search and responsive communication flow strategy through the enrollment funnel that increases the number of qualified and best-fit inquiries and applications and yield an entering class that meets institutional enrollment goals each year as outlined.
- Provide strategic services that build on the College’s brand and awareness in the marketplace, including its programs and value, as part of a recruitment search and enrollment strategy that increases the number of inquiries and applications from qualified applicants to successfully meet new student enrollment and revenue goals each year.
- perform a 3-to-5-year historic analysis of the performance of the new student recruitment funnel including prospects, inquiries, applications, admits, enroll and retention to the second year.
- This analysis will include the inclusion of third-party consumer data on top of geo-demographic, socio-economic and academic data with the objective of developing a comprehensive profile of prospective in-state students and, separately, out-of-state students who are more likely to inquire, apply, enroll and retain to the second year.
- Based on this analysis the contractor shall create and implement a multi-year (i.e. sophomore, junior, senior) student search, communication flow and engagement strategy for each stage of the new student enrollment funnel.
- This will include the student search process, building best-fit inquiry and application pools and the enrolling of admitted students for a class that meets institutional goals and metrics including class size, academic profile, geographic distribution, and socioeconomic characteristics.
- At each stage of the funnel, prospects, inquiries, applicants, admitted and enrolled students will be scored to identify and predict their likelihood to progress to the next stage of the funnel.
- This work shall include the purchase of student names from appropriate sources, segmented (e.g.. academic interest/major, socio-economic profile, parents) and responsive communication flow messaging campaigns and other tactics designed to increase awareness of and interest in the College and our programs as a highly ranked public honors college.
- The plan shall include and meet success measures, provide ongoing tracking and analysis of campaigns and tactics.
- Services include:
• Meet new student enrollment goals each year over the life of the contract.
• Increase the number of prospective student campus visitors for regular and signature programs by 20%
• Increase out-of-state enrollment to 20% of the first year entering class.
