The vendor is required to provide CNC managed services and technical support of the county’s oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system (“JDE”) and its components.
- The successful CNC managed services provider must demonstrate it has a proven track-record of dependability, collaboration, knowledge, and follow-through.
- The county is looking for a strong partner who can provide individualized service that places relationships above everything without any compromise to service, proficiency, or technical aptitude.
- The county seeks a vendor who will complement the services and tasks the county performs in-house or through the use of a separate third-party (non-CNC).
