The vendor is required to provide event production services for the county 250th celebration, scheduled for July 4, 2026.
- Staging requirements
1. Provision of a mobile stage (40' x 40') with video rigging
2. Staging must include stairs, wind wall, and required ballast blocks for stability.
3. Two side wings measuring 16' x 12' each
4. Heavy-duty van ramp for accessibility
5. Podium and microphone setup for guest speakers
6. Sound system capable of playing music between sets
- Stage accessories and equipment
1. Staging dimensions decks (4' x 8') to support foh control position
2. Stage leg package and toolbox for adjustments
3. Rolling risers for performance elevation
4. Aluminum rigging beams for additional equipment support
5. Large led screens to display advertisements, sponsor messages, and patriotic visuals between performances.
- Event programming & technical support
1. The stage must accommodate multiple live bands, with efficient set changes throughout the day.
2. Technicians must be available to assist with audio and visual during each show and transitions between sets.
3. Patriotic-themed content and music will be played throughout the event and during breaks to enhance the celebratory atmosphere.
4. Live speakers will give presentations from the podium at scheduled intervals.
5. advertisements and video messages from event sponsors will be played on large screens between performances.

• Provide experienced crew for load-in and load-out:
o Load-in: crew chief + multiple stagehands
o Load-out: crew chief + multiple stagehands
• Onsite technical support during the event

3. vendor must ensure the stage is set up in compliance with safety regulations and withstands proper wind speeds.
