The Vendor is required to provide the university with qualified executive, and leadership level professionals on an interim basis.  
- Consist of professionals that can meet the qualifications of executive and leadership positions across higher education including but not limited to: presidents, vice presidents, provosts, deans, and directors.
- The Supplier provided placement shall work under the direction of a university designee, subject to applicable work policies, procedures and standards of the university and board policy.
- Supplier agrees to acknowledge interim placement requests within one (1) business day.
- The supplier agrees all housing needs and arrangements for interim placements will be negotiated on an as needed basis directly with each university institution.
- The university shall have the right to terminate the services both with respect to the interim placement and supplier, if any of the candidates have been falsely presented or represented.
- Conducting business with board university and it's institutions, where services require regular interaction with students, employees, monies, sensitive/confidential data, or facilities will be required to conduct background checks (criminal and sex offender registry) for each of its employees (at the supplier's expense).
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
